This museum is dedicated to Western Art, especially the art of Cowgirls!  With the unique eye that a cowgirl has toward the same scene that a cowboy has the art created has a totally different look.  Maybe it is the colors used or the difference in preception between the two, but the twist the cowgirl gives the art is a joy to see.

There are 57 extraordinarily talented artists who are invited annually to show their works at the museum during the Cowgirl Up! art exhibit shown at the month long show in the spring.  There are nearly 200 artworks on display and for sale at this show.  It is certianly one that you will want to visit since it has been rated as the best in the country.

The museum showcases great artwork all year long for your enjoyment.

Monday – Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: Noon – 4:00 p.m.
Closed: Easter, July 4, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day; also closed Mondays in June, July and August.
